Tatjana Ilic-Balas is a Senior Consultant in MNP’s Organizational Renewal service line, working out of the Calgary office. She is a talent and HR advisor and strategist with over 14 years of experience in industry — primarily energy — the public sector and consulting.

She applies science and best practice to talent management and organisational development challenges: engagement, inclusion, teams, culture and leadership. Using change- and project-management approaches, she plans and implements organisational renewal initiatives, creating accountability for behavioural change and tracking the metrics that demonstrate value.
