Khatereh Ramouzi

Khatereh Ramouzi is the Founder and Director of Zest Circle, a consultancy that specialises in assisting entrepreneurs as they develop their ventures and nurture their businesses. Through years of experience with clients across industries she has gathered expertise in guiding and partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals. Incorporating her skills as a project manager with a keen ability for marketing, she has successfully led many clients to enhance their reach in the market.

Previously, Khat worked as a program manager for numerous institutions within politically dynamic environments — non-profits, municipal and federal government organisations, and financial sectors. Her background covers budgeting, stakeholder and finance management, mentorship in corporate training and employee engagement, strategic consulting, leadership, recruitment, and leveraging tech to optimise business processes.

Khat is a strong advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, constantly implementing strategies to advance it in corporate settings and new enterprises. She graduated with honours from the University of Calgary in Human Resources Management and holds a BA in Psychology from York University, with certifications in Business Administration, Digital Marketing and Advertising, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
